There was a time in my life when I understood deeply what it means to live in survival mode.
To function, to cope, to carry responsibilities… yet feel disconnected from a true sense of inner self, safety and ease.
My journey into somatic trauma-informed work did not begin as a career decision.
It began as a personal calling — a path of healing, reconnection and remembering the wisdom of the body.
Through my own lived experiences, years of self-development and professional training, I discovered that true transformation does not happen through pressure or force.
It happens when we create the conditions for the nervous system to feel safe enough to soften, integrate and expand.
Today, I support individuals and organisations to move beyond chronic stress, emotional overwhelm and patterns of survival-based leadership.
My work combines trauma-informed somatic coaching, nervous system education and strategic leadership wellbeing practices.
I believe that sustainable success is not built through pushing harder it is cultivated through self-awareness, emotional regulation and compassionate strength.
My intention is to offer a grounded, respectful and confidential space where you can reconnect with your inner resources, restore clarity and lead your life or organisation from a place of calm authority and embodied confidence.
This work is both professional and deeply human.
Because behind every role, title or responsibility, there is a nervous system seeking safety, meaning and balance.
